Author and Artist, Flora Bowley joins Erin Sparler this week to examine the art world through Flora’s eyes. Flora creates abstract and creative art, using mainly acrylic paint. She is the author of two informative books, and currently working on a third which contains a different spin than her previous two. Flora also has found passion in teaching both in person and online courses, as well as hosting workshops for artist all over. She even incorporates yoga and dance into these workshops, which is different than many others. Flora has a unique creativity about her and is passionate about free-flowing organic artwork. This week we get to learn how her uniqueness and inner selfcare aids her success. 

 

Flora has always had an entrepreneur drive about her, although from the beginning she felt all she needed was the be an artist to feel complete. Later in her art career, she discovered that she had a passion in teaching and decided to further her career, which ultimately lead her to more fulfillment and success. Not only does Erin and Flora impart on Flora’s journey and success, they also unveil the paths and system’s Flora utilized throughout her journey. During Flora’s art career, she has made many transitions. For example, from art to digital, studios and much more. However, Flora has found one important contributor towards her success that remains constant at all career phases, and that is achieving strong support systems and maintaining self-care.
